By placing products, items or services in your shopping cart and completing the secured checkout process, you as a customer of DiscountSkatewear.com have agreed to purchase the items that you have selected and agreed to authorize DiscountSkatewear.com to charge the total amount. If you have ordered a custom item, assembly item, have blades mounted or boots waterproofed, special order, make to order item; once the order has been processed, and your credit card has been charged, the order CANNOT be RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR CANCELLED, regardless of the shipping status.
Canceling an Order
In many cases discountskatewear.com may utilize different distribution centers or manufacturer warehouses to process and ship your orders. This is done in the effort to get you the products as fast as we can. Most of these companies DO NOT allow any changes to orders once submitted. As a result we DO NOT have the ability to cancel the order for you.
To cancel an order you must contact us through email, chat or phone and then receive an email or fax confirming the order cancellation by Pro's Edge Sports or DiscountSkatewear.com. It may take us 24-48 hours to respond depending on the time & Day. Without this confirmation an order will be processed as requested in the original order. Messages left on the voice mail or emails sent without confirmation will NOT be accepted. Confirmation MUST be received. once again, in many cases, orders cannot be cancelled. Discountskatewear utilized many different shipping and fulfillment centers, manufacturers and distributors to produce, build, make, assemble and ship your orders. Most of these facilities do not accept or allow changes once and order has been processed.
Return Policy
In order to return an item, a "Return Authorization Number" must be obtained by calling or emailing Discount Skatewear. Any item returned without authorization will either be refused or a store credit will be issued less 15% for Re-Stocking. To obtain a return authorization number please call 602-494-2400 or email customerservice@discountskatewear.com. Discount Skatewear will not be responsible for any shipping charges incurred by the purchaser when returning items for any reason. All items returned will be subject to a Re-Stocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.
Discount Skatewear will NOT accept for return any item that:
•Is returned after 30 DAYS of being shipped by us.
•Has been worn, damaged or soiled
Items marked as final sale
•Has been subjected to smells (Ex: Animals, Smoke, Body Odor, Exhaust)
•Has been modified in any way
•Custom Orders
•Crystalled or decorated items
Any product or item returned 30 Days after being shipped or that has been damaged, soiled, worn or not in original packaging will be discarded and will not be returned to you, regardless of any Return Authorization Number. To enable you to return any item it must be in the exact same condition as we shipped it to you and return instructions MUST be followed.
Custom orders and make to order products are final sales. We will not accept returns for any reason. In situations of defects or flaws, Pro's Edge Sports will fix or replace the custom item. "Custom" constitutes orders made especially for you which includes but is not limited to: size, color, crystal decoration, sleeve changes, skirt changes, etc. Crystal Decoration is done by hand and may vary from picture– this is not an allowable claim for flaw or defect.. Dresses are made based on the size specifications published by the appropriate manufacturer. Custom Dresses that do not fit is not allowable claim for flaw or defect.
In the event of missing products from package, ALL PACKAGING MUST be kept for inspection by the courier. Any claim that is made without allowing the courier to inspect the original packaging will be denied. In the event of a damaged package or items missing from the order, the customer MUST keep all packaging for inspection by the shipping carrier and notify Discountskatewear.com within 48 hours of delivery. Without the packaging a lost product claim cannot be filed.
Tips for Return Approval:
•Remove all makeup, hairspray, glitter, lipstick
•Do not stretch on any item that is too small
•Do not pull items on/over your shoes or skates
•Wear undergarments
•Do not walk around on the soles or blades (you may crease the boots or damage the soles)
•Make sure your hands and feet are clean and dry before putting them inside skates, Imprints will be left ifyour foot is dirty or damp
•Try on with tights or socks
•Do not tear or destroy packaging, use scissors and make a clean cut to open package, so that an item maybe re-sold in the same package.
Credit Cards
I, the customer, agree that the credit card information provided on this order is true. I, the card holder, agree under penalties of perjury that I am the owner of this card. I, the card holder, agree that the merchant may charge my card and hold my order in the event of inaccurate information until the information can be confirmed.
Shipping
Shipping method chosen DOES NOT mean delivery time. Figure & Roller products are very specialized and not always "ready to ship". Due to the vast sizing, width, color, setup, muliple parts and decoration options, many products have to be made, set up, put together, waterproofed or ordered in from our suppliers prior to being shipped. Popular products that have delayed timelines are usually referenced with a "production time" in the description. So shipping time would be:
Production time/awaiting fullfilment + Shipping method chosen = delivery time.
We are not responsible for packages stolen from your property. If you do not have a secure area for packages to be left please select a shipping option that requires a signature. Ground shipping and Priority mail do not require a signature. Once delivery is confirmed by the shipper it is considered in your possession. Upgrades to USPS Priority Mail will usually get you your item in the 2 -3 business day window, but this service is not guarenteed and will not be refunded for a delayed shipment. USPS offers first class mail. This is usually the cheapest method to ship, but we highly recommend NOT selecting this method as there is NO tracking or insurance available. Delayed/lost/stolen packages cannot be refunded.
