IFS PRO 3 wheel frame set is specifically designed for the recreational to intermediate freestyle skater and intermediate to pro level dancer and Synchro skaters. This frame is equipped with a highly finished powder coated aluminum and evenly spaced wheels for better balance, moves, edge jumps and spins. This 3 wheel frame package comes equipped with ABEC 9 bearings, an adjustable height toe pic and outdoor wheels.
This IFS PRO frame can be mounted to any brand ice skating or roller skating boot.
If you are looking for a way to skate while the ice rinks are closed, or want to suppliment your skating or training as well as have a little fun outside. This is the perfect roller skate frame for you.

* This Frame can Mount up yo 1/2" short of the sole. You want to get the closest size frame or SHORTER to your sole length. (example: if your sole is 9.0", you get 8.75" frame, if your sole is 9.25" you have to decide if you want the frame to be full length or go shorter to the 8.75 - you can call us for advice)

- Measure the distance from heel to toe using a cloth tape.
- Subtract 1/4" and order that or next smaller size.
Example 1: Boot measures 10-1/4" toe to heel
(10-1/4" - 1/4" = 10") Order 9.75"
Example 2: Boot measures 9-1/8" toe to heel
(9-1/8" - 1/4" = 87/8") Order 8.75"

Love them! Awesome price!
I got these for skating during pandemic. I had tried pic before and liked them but I was using the toe so much when I realized I would always have a different skating experience bc the toe wears so much when you are outside. So I tried these and it took getting used to but they are great. I rockered them with a 76 mm wheel in the middle and they are awesome. I love that I can adjust the height of the toe stopper on both sides. No complaints!
